For the people who do not have much time and wish to meditate, I have created practices where you can spend one minute, two minutes, ten minutes, twelve minutes, fifteen minutes or as time permits. There is a power booster version of Mahamrityunjay Kriya which you can use. You can use the toes movement, or both legs, or arms up and down, or the jaw movement, and in the end mantra chanting and then silence. So you can use two minutes on each, as suggested or any of the movements in the Power Booster. The jaw movement is the strongest for releasing toxins, so if you don’t have that much time just spend two minutes on this, if you don’t even have two minutes spend one minute on this, then you are somewhat fresh. For instance, the Bhastrika, which is the movement of arms up and down, if you don’t have much time just do it for 2 to 5 minutes and that’s it, then sit in silence and then you’re done. If you don’t have time to sit in silence then walk or move with awareness and that itself is your relaxation. You have thrown the carbon dioxide out and taken the oxygen in, which created the blood circulation, and you are fresh. The beauty about this Kriya is that you are doing breathing and exercise combined, so you get relaxation faster. And the mantra chanting creates the sound vibration, there is a whole science to that, but essentially it makes you more ecstatic. You will be ready to do good work the entire day. There is a Power Booster video available online which is 15 minutes, practice with this or according to the time you have you pick the movements, and it will work.
