What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is an expression widely used to denote the highest state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra
“It is a state in which you are neither asleep nor awake. If you fall asleep, it’s not Yoga Nidra. Remaining awake, it also isn’t. If dreams overtake, it differs from Yoga Nidra.Yoga Nidra is a state in which there is awareness of the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious fields of your mind all at one time. It is a perfect therapy. It removes all psychological abnormalities and sanskaras, and helps you to become your normal, natural self.”
We help the user practice and learn “Yoga-Nidra”, a deep relaxation technique, a helpful tool for coping up with day-to-day stress. It helps in restoring mental, emotional, and physical health by way of relaxation. Course Fees:
According to the tradition of meditation, there are no fees or charges for attending the courses, not even for accommodation and food & beverages. Individuals who have completed at least one week with us, experienced the benefits of Meditation, and wish to share the same opportunity, fund all course and center expenses through voluntary donations. Additionally, one can choose to donate according to his free will. Moreover, we never ask for it. The donations are accepted only after completing the course. Furthermore, it’s like a chain where one person donates for your course. After completing it, you donate for the next person, and so the cycle continues. Some participant donates, some are not in the capacity to donate, some wants to skip it, somehow it works very well. We recommend donations, but they are not compulsory. The entire team works as volunteers of Karma Yoga. The team includes teachers, servers, and trustees. None of the team members receives any remuneration for their service.
