The second thing we would need is a certain discipline. Discipline in doing practices, discipline in maintaining the body. If the body is not pure nothing could happen. Discipline in what food we take in and discipline in whatever remains inside, cleaning that up. Nutritious food and the way of taking it and cleaning that up, discipline in that. The same meditation, in the same space, using the same aasan, either a blanket or a chair or whatever you use, in the same corner of your room or wherever you meditate, at the same time and maintaining continuity of it will bring very instantaneous results. So a discipline is fundamental.
